Giving Back

The Helmkamp Cares Foundation is comprised of an employee-based committee created to manage the charitable requests that Helmkamp Construction receives on a regular basis. Helmkamp Cares allows us to allocate charitable giving based on the initiatives our employees are collectively most passionate about.

We encourage all employees and customers to participate in charitable giving. Volunteering time or contributing financially helps those organizations to succeed for the good of the local communities where we all live and work.

2025 Annual Giving Report

The Helmkamp Cares Foundation is proud to share the impact of its 2025 charitable efforts, supporting 57 organizations and continuing a growing legacy of community reinvestment that has reached $949,750 since the foundation was formally established in 2019.

Throughout the year, Helmkamp employees, clients, and partners rallied around causes focused on education, healthcare, youth programs, and local community services. Giving initiatives included committee-directed grants, employee-selected donations, customer-driven holiday giving, and company matching programs — allowing the foundation’s support to remain both strategic and personal.

2025 Maximum Impact Donations

Each year, part of the Helmkamp Cares Foundation's program is to evaluate the current program needs of local organizations whose missions align with the community efforts our employees care about most. Each organization is vetted by our committee and if approved, awarded $20,000.

Since the foundation's inception in 2019, Helmkamp Cares has awarded three Maximum Impact Awards each year. These donations represent half of the committee's annual giving budget. Congratulations to the most recent recipients of these donations pictured below.
